Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies

We have licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists who have the skills and knowledge to address the mobility, speech, and language & communication disorders of individuals, especially the geriatric community.

Hospice Care

Our licensed dietitians design individualized dietary regimens to help patients improve their physical and mental well-being. Patients’ health state, goals, and dietary limitations are all taken into consideration when they work with these professionals, who also keep tabs on their food intake and development while educating them on the importance of eating a healthy, well-balanced diet.

Social Services

Our medical social workers help clients and family members navigate their social and emotional problems. Our MSWs also offer legal and financial assistance, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term counseling, and community resources.
